I run lectures and workshops to health care professionals nationally in Australia and internationally on the topic of Rebooking Patients, Implementations of Treatment Plans and Communication strategies to reduce cancellations.
I am running this course to help physiotherapists and health care professionals reduce cancellations rates in practice, to maximise patient and business outcomes.
